1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sm77 ("sm77," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at sm77.app. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the sm77 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

sm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sm77 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the sm77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the sm77 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of sm77, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sm77 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

sm77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by sm77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the sm77 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sm77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. sm77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify sm77 immediately via the contact details provided in Section 13.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

sm77 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address when requested. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the sm77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sm77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your sm77 account balance in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. sm77 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Philippine payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. sm77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

sm77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. sm77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sm77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• sm77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the sm77 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The rules applicable to each individual game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on sm77's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record. sm77 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions to your internet service during gameplay.

sm77 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sm77 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for wagering;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sm77 staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

sm77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the chosen period;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sm77 platform — including but not limited to the sm77 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of sm77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the sm77 platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law , sm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. sm77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sm77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sm77 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your sm77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

sm77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where sm77 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to sm77.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, sm77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to sm77's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
